Lung Kwu Tan

Lung Kwu Tan (龍鼓灘) is situated at the nearly west most of the continental part of New Territories, facing the Urmston Road. Though remote, but still can easily accessible by road.

There are a few obnoxious industries located near Lung Kwu Tan, such as electricity plants, cement factory, dumping site, river trade terminal, and closed refugee camp etc.

Lung Kwu Tan is the name of the beach serveral villages facing. The beach appears to be blackish because of black sand. Ten more years ago, Lung Kwu Tan was such a quiet place. However, thank to those BBQ sites, Lung Kwu Tan has been more famous than before.
