Kadoorie Farm and Botanical Garden

Official website of Kadoorie Farm and Botanical Garden

The farm was established in 1950's by the Kadoorie brothers. It aimed to support local farming by financing and technology imporvement. Howevrr, local farming has nearly gone into extinction. The farm has transformed its target to promote education and conservancy.

Majority of the visit spots are located near the entrance. As far as I gather, the farm provides a shuttle bus to convey visitors between the entrance and upper level visit spots. The farm also allows (allowed, subject to the farm policy) visitor to self-drive inside park. Prior booking is required for Self-drive.
