Chung Hom Kok Park ( 舂 坎 角 公 園 )

The Chung Hom Kok park was a military battery built by thr British Royal Force before World War II, aimed to fortify the defence of the open sea south of Hong Kong Island. Despite the effort, the Japanese invaded from the north and the battery was destroyed by British before surrender. The battery now has been converted to a park.
